Sorry guys, but I've had some bad news in the last week. I know some of you know me better than others, you'd know that I've been experiencing health issues over the last few years, and especially bad over about the last year or so. I?m sure for a lot of you that?s not news. However, this is.

I have been diagnosed with brain cancer. A particular type called a glioma - they're not sure of the severity of it yet but ANY cancer of this type is potentially deadly and is considered malignant, which was actually the name of a band I was in once. Fortunately for me, if you can say that phrase when you're discussing brain cancer and not die of the bitter irony, it's actually on the surface of my left frontal lobe meaning it can be easily removed and with few side effects - unfortunately for me, that means there will be neurosurgery to excise it as well as possibly chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy involved and that means that my dance card is full.

I have considered my obligations here and the promise I made not all that long ago to keep ArchonRO alive. I want to do it, and in a normal circumstance I would with no hesitation.  I am sorry, but as of now I am resigning permanently in all capacities as an administrator, and will no longer be capable of assisting in any capacity - including the takeover of responsibilities from Mateo.

I would only ask as a final favor as your administrator that you remember how hard we?ve all fought for this server and each other when times were bad, and how much we all cared for and looked out for each other when times were good. I will never forget how many friends I have made here. If even one other person feels the same way that's good enough for me.

The Archon experience has truly been a tremendous one thanks to Mateo Heimdall and Associates (As I so often refer to you guys).

Can never repay the hours of grinding on end, my own rage quitting bits, and the 2 years of endless good times I've seen here all thatnks to you guys.

Wow. I hate to see people with cancer, having my own father die from it. I know how it feels for friends and family to deal with it as well, so not only you, but all friends and family you have will be in my prayers.

We're all gonna miss you, as we can say for anyone, but expectantly for our Admins, who helped this server out of the kindness in there hearts, and not for the monney in there pockets.

Besides, Don't worry Heim, It's all about stress. Sit down, relax with people you know, have a good time, and things'll clear up.

I loved ArchonRo and still do! I feel exacly the same way, I've been arround for 5 years now, the good old days and the hard fight we had against hackers/Sara-Chan/Idiots ans such...

Well, that sucks...but then again, cancer sucks no matter what. I don't think you should ever let it bother ya though. No matter what happens, you can be happy that you managed to setup a good gaming server that has united some really awesome people together. And I think everyone here can say that you've done us alot of good.

So, live without regrets! Enjoy your life and make the best of it! Though I don't know you personally, I do believe you're strong enough to beat the cancer. But whatever you do, don't go out without a fight. You're too damn GOOD to let it get the best of ya, and you better believe it!
